Yes you are right. These types of logos are kinda basic, but this is how I earn money 
The thing is, wouldn’t you want to make MORE money by having something that stands out from the crowd, attracting more customers because they want their games to look unique and more eye catching?
I’m just doing what people wants to. I’m still learning how to make unique logo.

Red and green are opposing colours meaning they usually don’t go together so it’s hard on the eyes.
Also this art style is kinda overused.

But yea you got my point, I’m kinda tired looking at the same red and green colour thumbnails, although on one hand it gives me christmas vibes 
How about adding some attractive colours on the background, go more of a light colour for all of the thumbnails. Come on dude, make it bright!
