I couldn’t find a place to mine, and also I think you should improve your main menu.

Heres my honest opinion.

The starting screen looks horrible. There wasn’t any effort put into it, just a button and the thumbnail stretched.

Then theres the actual game. It looks like it is a free model (which is stolen) from another original mining game (can’t remember the name), which makes the game even worse, knowing that a decent amount of it isn’t even made by you.

Theres no mining animations, and everybody (including me) couldn’t figure out how to sell our mined ores, or how to get out of our mining area or whatever. Eventually I found a way out, and so did the others but then I noticed how many models were stolen, like this house. I think I saw it on another devforum post because I recognize the hinges …?? I’m not sure, but it doesn’t fit the low poly style like the rest of the map, nor does the anvil or the pickaxe.

The character next to the other anvil doesn’t fit the body type of the rest of the characters in the game, so I’m guessing thats a toolbox model too. Theres also a barrier / invisible wall or maybe a Union mistake and somebody was messing around on it lol

We also noticed the mountains are just meshes, if you look closely, you can see that they are all the same, and so are the trees. You didn’t even bother to make it into a MeshPart, you can go inside and walk into the blocky collision, aside of the trees.

So, what I’m saying is that your game is pretty much a free model by itself, and theres a lot more I could cover on this, but I don’t want to make this post too long.

I’m sorry lol

I’m not saying that any of the issues you listed are pointless.

The person may be a new game developer. You can’t expect amazing quality from a game that isn’t 100% done yet. Also, the kit he is using looks like the infinite mining kit. It’s perfectly fine to use free models. It’s how a lot of new game developers start. Don’t give him too much of a hard time. Just criticizing him while not giving actual feedback isn’t the way to go. It’s basically saying “Game is bad lol”

That’s why I said my honest opinion, as an experienced developer. Maybe in the future he could use my tips to make something thats not based off of meshes and free models.

I was just pointing our things that could be fixed, lets say, in the future or something.

I’m not trying to be too harsh.

What in this did you exactly script? This is just Azure Mines with a different map. Bereza released the game with the intentions of letting people look at his scripts but all you have appeared to have done is reuploaded his game with some crappy new map assets. You asked for feedback for “your” game, but in reality you should have asked for feedback on Azure Mines, because that is all this is.

Low effort cash grab. Make your own games instead of reuploading someone else’s hard work.

sorry guys i didnt realise the use of the free model was that bad so ive put the model in the description and stuff the only reason i used it was because the last game i did i worked about 4 months on and one stupid mistake right near the end made me have to give up so i decided to use the model in this new game to speed things up and so i can just be creative and make my own thing with the shell of the game and change things and add stuff to it which im still in the process of doing. this is not a “quick cash grab” im adding things to it almost every day and for this being my 2nd game ever i think im doing the best i can really do considering im not a scripter really i much prefer building maps for people most of the models in the game are placeholders for the actual stuff im going to make thats going to be there in their place. Please stop hating on me

I was searching if Berezaa made a DevForum post about Azure Mines becoming Open-Source and found a comment by @gs_ck talking about this game
I also notice that the name of your game is from a game with the same name by Tunicus
