Feedback on my "failed" game

Hello everyone!

Me and my friend have been working on this NPC fighting game called Build to Fight Brainrot where the premise was to kill brainrot enemies for blood, to then build a bridge with blood to fight more NPCS. There are different selected mini bosses, three final bosses, and randomly selected maps.

During ads, one masssive issue we noticed were players instantly leaving the game. About 20% of all players who ever joined left after 30 seconds. And average playtime is 1.2 minutes. (half of players who joined never clicked the X on the tutorial :man_shrugging:)

Please give it a try and hopefully highlight some issues that would cause these insta-leaves.

Maybe add tasks/quest/daily because the subject is boring, repeating the same thing until he finished the mountain, and try to change the UI so that it would become much better but the game looks fun but only need some quests

Did you find anything regarded the insta-leaving though?

no everything looks cool and clean i love it!
only these have to add so players not getting boring of doing the same thing everytime

It’s actually a decent concept, kill enemies, gather their resources to grow your arsenal and bridge to fight more enemies.

I would work on optimizing network performance and improving the interface.
