Hello! I just made my first character rendered GFX ever and it would be great to hear some feedback on it. Thank you!
Hello! I just made my first character rendered GFX ever and it would be great to hear some feedback on it. Thank you!
I actually really like this, I’m no GFX man myself but this is nice.
One flaw is the background, The bleachers look as though they are floating?
Also, maybe have the person in the stands looking at the current action going on?
Otherwise, really nice.
Thank you! Yeah, the bleachers do appear to be floating. I’ll add some scenery in the background to cover that up and i’ll fix the positioning of the characters.
This is amazing, especially for your first time!
Suggestions:
A few things for you. First off, the positioning of the characters seems a bit off. What I have highlighted in green are limbs that could possibly be adjusted, giving it a more lively/realistic feel!
Secondly, touching up on what @Finbxb mentioned, the bleachers seem to be floating. Even though it’s fairly obvious where these areas are, I still highlighted them below in blue! The easiest fix for this would be moving the bleachers slightly down until they touch the grass.
Highlighted below in red, I believe this character should be facing the action, rather than staring off into blank space.
Also highlighted in red, this character is very hard to see. It may have to do with the placement or lighting. I suggest you move him elsewhere.
Lastly, it wouldn’t hurt to add texture to the grass. Even though it’s already very obvious it’s a field, a texture would make the shadows and smaller lighting effects pop just that much more. This also allows you to experiment with scenery if you so desire.
Positives:
I personally think you nailed the lighting. I can very easily break apart where your light source is coming from! This angle also makes the shadows look great.
The variety between characters was done very well. In a scene like this, especially with multiple characters, variety of highs and lows are essential. I believe the placement of all characters is done perfectly. From the character sliding, to the character slightly in the air, you did a great job with placement.
The facial expressions were also a feature I noticed right from the start. Each one is different, and seems to relate to their current mood based on what is happening.
You did a great job on this, I’m very excited to see what else you are capable of!
EDIT: Spelling
Thank you so much! I will consider the amazing feedback you have given me. Also, thank you for all the positives, it gives me confidence for the future. ![]()
Hello. The scene is amazing. I love how you rendered the characters.
No worries! Glad I could help! Keep it up ![]()

I really like this it shows that people can learn GFX fast. ![]()
Thank you so much!

It looks great for your first GFX! What it looks like here though, most of the characters have the same package (i.e Zombie Leg) Maybe if some of them could have the Roblox 2.0 package, it would make it less repetitive, but hey, that’s just me
