Hey, so I am really trying to get into UI Design using photoshop. I used Photopea and I went on and I didn’t know how to do basically anything, I kept trying different things to figure out how to make this and I made my first banner design on photoshop! Can I get some feedback? I know, its basic but its my first one and I didn’t know what to do lol. Thanks for the feedback you give. The letters were just random so I could make it kinda like maybe a business abbreviation?

I highly recommend sticking away from extremely obnoxious and neon colors. A less saturated and deeper red would work a lot better. Also It’s quite empty and this tells me nothing about what the design is, try looking at other work and figure out the reason behind the design elements and similarities.

This design, while a pretty good start, could definitely benefit from a less saturated and bright red. The font itself is a bit basic, but for what you were going for, it sort of works. The main issue with it is the outline- it’s very choppy, and especially in the G you can see heavy pixelation around the bottom, and the white shading up top sticks out a lot more than it should. While I’m not sure of the exact idea you’re going for with the banner, looking at some examples from actual businesses and designers will help a lot for general design inspiration and guidance overall. Overall, it’s not a terrible start, and I wish you luck on future endeavors.
