It’s pretty good, try changing the sky, if the windows are giving lighting, it’s most likley to be night.

Looks great, the windows at the back of the second building are all uniform in how they are lit. I’d consider changing the windows to be lit more randomly, rather than how they are at the moment.
Yes, if it there where people in the apartment it will be even cooler!
