Hi guys, so around a month ago I made topic for feedback on my game, now I need feedback on the game after I did all the requested bug fixes and suggestions. Please be honest while giving feedback. Game link: Tower of Challenge - Roblox
Nice game! I’m working on my own puzzle-platformer-ish game.
Pros: Music, platforming is good and challenging enough, working leaderboards
Cons: UI could use some work
There’s a weird visual bug where if I tilt my camera up, a huge light beam comes downwards that you can’t see through. Just though I’d mention it to help.
The stages for the obby are enjoyable and the idea of spectate mode and speedrun timer seems intriguing to me. The UI could be better designed though, as not all of the UI on the left-hand side of my screen are aligned together. Additionally, there seems to be a weird glitch where a line of white pixels come down when you look up in-game.
Played your game, and I have some suggestions for you, compiled into a handy list:
- Speedrun timer could use a little more work. Perhaps a ProimityPrompt? You should also stick to one text font throughout the game too.
- Shop icon looks stretched out. You might want to fix this.
- There’s more improvements to the Shop that can be done. For starters, it’s not alligned to the center of the screen. You would want to increase the size of the “X” button. The product buttons itself could use a UICorner too.
- Why is the Badge section under the Shop? Shouldn’t it have its own button? You could revamp this section, such that Players are able to scroll through the respective badges, since it looks a bit squeezed now.
I wasn’t able to see everything, but I can see that there’s quite some work being placed here. Good luck further developing your game!
Oh yeah by the way, I figured out what was causing the pixelated light. It was some tool folder in lighting
