This is a logo that is for a game like “Welcome to Bloxburg” but it’s retro themed.
The game is called “Welcome to the Neon Boulevard”

tbh, they looks VEEERY good, i lke the colors, the title, everything! i hope it makes your game feel better 
I really like the minimalist design of those signs. Though my one criticism is with the logo, the bottom words look like they’ve been cut in half.
Don’t worry, the black background will be removed. The background was making you guys to see it clearly.
Maaaaan I really love that logo, it looks great. The signs are also really good, but Roblox has its limitations. In game perhaps you can have the signs flash on and off?
What do you mean flash on and off?
As in the neon blocks flashing on and off, like a cool lighting effect. It can likely be done through some scripting.

I like both your art work but I have a suggestion for the logo. So, as I see your logo theme are some sort of 80’s theme so the font that you used for " Neon Boulevard " should be sans-serif bold font and don’t make it italic. Also add like a thin white stroke and stars or sparkles so it would make the 3D effect.
