There isn’t really a focal point on both of them. (other than the neon thingy at the bottom which isn’t necessarily a good thing) Also try illuminating their faces more for the first one, the second one is pretty fine I guess. (like point some light at it)
Also are these supposed to be glare? It looks kinda like bubbles (which there usually wouldn't be glare if there wasn't any bright light source)
I’d also suggesting maybe toning the smoke down because it’s really catching my eye and maybe try adding a tint to it and might make it look kinda cool
Other than that, I would really only add like a tiny amount of depth of field where the faces are (and try making the render look less blurry in post processing and removing some of the bloom from the hair because usually hair doesn’t do that)

i can already tell this is for some sort of club. very neat, desprictive, clean, awesome.

I like this a lot! It’s really colourful and bright. And if you made a club game and hid this as your icon, I bet it would attract a lot of players to your game.
