Hi everyone!
(Apologies for posting this in Bulletin, I made a mistake)
I would love some feedback on my GFX!
Thank you!
It looks good, my only peeve is the lighting it’s quite dark.
Oh yeah, great point!
It does look quite dark o.o
Looks very bland. My IRL friends make better GFX than this. (sorry if you’re kinda offended)
Anyways here’s actual feedback:
I rate that a 4/10
Try making a face
Make the watermark smaller and put it on the top right corner
Learn to make better GFX from experienced GFX designers on discord/other platforms.
Good luck!
Really good. I would add more lighting to the face. Not much more but just a little more.
It’s good from the start, the lighting and posing structure isn’t overdone like the overall approach. The photo shows not much going on even if you’re going for a basic design or even a profile banner or picture. Try fixing the characters leg (it’s seems the texture or the character parts seem to be a little off proportion) maybe add lighting to reflect lighting on the surface i’m assuming this is placed in a background?
The pose seems very basic which is alright if your going for a simplistic kind of look perhaps you could try playing around with different posing selections another character on the side or socializing with each other building in the background ect.
Other than that it’s a good i would just work on your lighting and fixing your characters textures or what i’m assuming parts.
Another thing is that I don’t like the rainbow flag and the rainbow on the clothes but that’s just my Biblical based opinion.
It is for my eye’s Good spectacle. You deserved just my respect++.Of course, there are outlines that can be easily seen, but outlines give the impression of outlines beaty.
I think you should make it a square, and maybe add more shadowing.
Feedback:
I would add a face and more lighting to it. (Try three point lighting or an HDRI if you used Blender). I’d also make the scene a little more “busy”. What I mean by that is adding a little something to the background/floor. It all depends on what you’re trying to make. For an advertisement, icon, or thumbnail, I would definitely add more detail. For a profile picture, it would look fine. I also notice a few bumps along the character’s edges. If you used the magic wand tool to remove the background then to place it onto another color, I would recommend turning up the tolerance. If you used Blender, I would highly recommend using Blender’s transparent background feature to get a clean, and nice background.
Overall, this looks very nice and simple.

Yes I love the rig but the lighting is a little dark try to lighten it up
To be honest it looks bland and is short on details. There is basically no background except what seems like a soft blanket material. (I hope this doesn’t sound too mean. Keep up the great work and remember this is only criteria and not something to drag you down.)
It’s fine, thank you for the help!!
Thank you for the help!
(Don’t worry, it wasn’t rude, and I’ll definetley incorporate this into my future GFX!)
Yeah, the lighting doesn’t seem to be good, doesn’t it?
Thank you for your feedback!
Thank you so much for that detailed explanation!
I defineltey will add those suggestions to my future builds!!
Again, thank you!
Got it, more shadowing! Thank you!
Ack, thank you for those kind words haha! It means a lot to a beginner, lol
Yeah, some parts aren’t rigging properly, and I didn’t quite notice that!
Thank you so much for that detailed explanation!!
