Text is barely visible. The background could’ve used some improvements and the render looks bland. Some shiny lighting on the face would be nice! Also there is a huge mark on the hand:
Don’t know if that was intended or not 
And lastly , the effect really doesn’t match, maybe a little blur on the effect would be better?
Other than that, love the hard work! Great job!

I really like what you did with the background and the frame, and I think the structure is excellent. Overall incredibly servable and stylish. I do think that the text needs to be more clear to the reader. Perhaps change it to black and moved down into the frame? Just a thought.
Also I don’t know how to feel about the character. It might be personal taste, but the face you chose is rather polarizing. I think it would work better if the character had a bit more of a smirk (for a lack of a better term) than what he has now.

First of all, the right hand looks deformed and is missing a thumb. Second, the rotation of the right arm doesn’t seem meaningful considering that this is a logo because it looks like the character is trying to hide it’s eye.
The rest of the logo looks good. Keep it up!
