I think it everything looks good except the trees, they look a little odd, try making different trees. Also color variation would be nice. But it looks good!
Everything is really good, but the leaves on the trees look distorted. Unless that was what you were going for, I would suggest a more simplistic approach in terms of trees. Of course, it’s up to you 
There’s a problem with leaves on the trees. They don’t look good because they have too many polygons, you can fix it by decimating the amount of tris.
