I first noticed the thumbnail is Flamingo’s. This could get you some hate because YouTubers don’t really like that. Or they would just notice.

Messaging someone asking for permission and them giving you permission are two different things.

Anyway, when first entering the game, I’m presented with a question without an obvious way to answer it. I saw people answering in the chat section, so I realised that’s what I needed to do, but that’s not usually a good method of taking answers, especially if we aren’t told to.

About the questions. Yes, they are all very smart and thought provoking, but… it’s just a line of word questions. A true IQ test combines logic, verbal and non-verbal reasoning. There’s also no in-game measurement to how well you’ve done.

In all honesty, I don’t think the concept of ‘answer the question on the board’ works well unless there are lots of supporting features to make it interesting. There’s no reason to revisit the game after playing/quitting the first time without some form of long-term game progression.

The game can be enjoyable, it depends on where you want to take it.

I would get his permission before using a YouTuber’s thumbnail for your game’s thumbnail. Technically that is violating copyright, and it’s best to not get hated by a large fan-base or worse, sued.
