I like the first and last render. Its extremely hard to get Roblox characters to fit into other scenes and make it photorealistic. If you only use Eevee then try playing around with ambient occlusion and lighting. Hope this helps!

On the 2nd render, add some effects on the back to actually make the character look like they are on the floor. From my perspective, it looks like you are floating. On the 4th, add some effects/decorations to make the background not so plain.
