The decal icons look nice, though the UI itself seems kinda bland. Perhaps you can add some sort of light blue gradient to it.
Does this look better:
Looks pretty good, I suggest making the buttons or purchasable UI’s 3D looking, similar to the X button. Overall very nice!

I would suggest more shaddows on the buttos aswell
I like the images and everything, But I don’t like the blue background if I were you I would turn the blue background to white.

The button background or the actual background for the buttons?
Just my opinion, but I believe maybe an outline/stroke for the main frame would look quite nice, Also the font for the ‘BUY SKIPS’ button could be a different font, but it’s not what I think. I think how it is so far looks pretty good!

In my opinion I don’t like those type of blue GUIS
I would for the actual background white and cyan for the background of the buttons.
There’s a few things that could make this GUI better.
- A different font for the GUI heading
- Moving the buttons and the heading down as there’s lots of space below the buttons but the heading is squished between the top of the buttons and the top of the frame.
