my game is about competition about premium users and bacon users who have to beat the obby and well the premium users have it easier and the bacon users have it harder.
i also made like system where you could wait 40 minutes for something or buy it directly.
Ok, the only free model in this game is the Roblox Jeep which I don’t have access for the original one. Thats why I used a “free” model.
Also theres no need for negative behavior. Yes you are right I am very little for me to start coding. Every script here was made truly by me except the Jeep model.
I am currently developing at an age of 13. While my thumbnails were made by Gemini. It doesn’t encourage you to throw hate into it.
Yes I admit AI thumbnails are the worst and I never said they weren’t, but as the first thumbnails of my game I truly believe those were good. And well as it is my game I chose to use them.
As saying my game is “slop” doesn’t truly mean it is. Just because I am beginning to develop, and many developers told me its good to start coding at my age so I started making the most “basic” type of games as an “obby” and i wanted to make a twist which are the lanes of premium and non-premium users.
I really put in a bit of effort thats why I stated on my post that it had just been developed in a total of 2 hours. Planning took about 10 minutes which is VERY low. And I admit that i really put in very low effort in this game.
If I knew this game was “slop” I would have discontinued it. And as insulting me by telling me I am stealing money from other kids my age. I don’t believe your reply to my post is helpful. If you actually read Roblox’s Terms and Conditions or at least the Forum’s Rules you would at least know this is a bad reply.
And while throwing “hate” at my game doesn’t make you better at anything. So why do it?
Sorry, that came out a bit too harsh considering your age. What I should have said is to first learn how to properly develop through tutorials on YouTube, DevForum, etc. When I started developing on Roblox, I too jumped into it, but I soon realized that progress is slow when you start off with attempting to make a game. The things that pissed me off are
For replicating those money hungry “free UGC” type games
For the lack of creativity and coding
Again, for being money hungry instead of first making your game decent
And… you probably already know—AI.
Edit:
And that’s what I was saying. It’s slop because you only put in a bit of effort.
Edit 2:
Constructive criticism. If you’re going to make a game with little experience, be prepared to be told that it’s not that great, but learn from it.
YouTube is a really powerful learning resource. I recommend you look into installing a VPN, like ProtonVPN (not advertised—I just use it).
Anyways, you can refer to this post—particularly these two replies:
Since you can’t rely on YouTube, you are probably going to have to learn through
This is a little less exciting, as it is almost completely reading, but this is predominantly how I learned Lua, and it worked for me (but I did have prior coding knowledge)
Hi, at 13 years old, in 2 hours? …
Compared to you, I am dumb
About the game idea, the question is… will premiums and bacons want to compete at all? Maybe they will mind their own business, not care much about competing
