You need to improve with the colors and font, in my opinion the blue color is just too bright you can just use a simple looking clean font and by the way that profile picture is blurry.

The colors are distracting. Distracts the reader from the main concepts: your values, and what you can do.
A minimal color like black or light black
There are many clean fonts like: Arial (Bold), Montserrat and more
Probably yes, that would look much better
