After a few revisions, here’s what I came up with

Nice build and keep it up but it looks like a church/restaurant i would suggest you to remove the tower or turn it into a second floor

It’s more of a sign, since I thought that it was cool. However, there is no floor up there and it’s just for looks.

Sort of like this, but I wanted to make it late 90’s architecture instead of modern.

then make the sign out of wood not with concrete that would be the best choice
