I spent quite some time recreating the chrome dino game onto roblox!

All feedback is appreciated! Should I advertise the game?

The game is boring. You cannot do much in it. You should add crouching mechanics like in original dino run. You should also add some decoration to the map because it is very empty.
In my opinion it is not worth advertising it.
But great project tho.

I don’t think its worth the advertising right now, but you could add more decorations around the map, make a ‘Race-A-Friend’ track where 2 are side by side, a speedrun time + leaderboard, and different ‘levels’ to go through, it could definitely be possible!

Hi, a few things:

  1. Map looks boring, there’s nothing around
  2. You die when you reach checkpoint 10?? So you never can go further lol
  3. When you die, you have to walk to the start point. Even though it is a small walk, it’s annoying. Add a menu “back to start” or “back to lobby” or so on death
  4. The cacti are not in a straight line but slightly different.
  5. Regarding the cacti, don’t “spoiler”, like, maybe open a door to the next level or so
  6. That was said before, add some variations like crouch etc.

I found this too difficult and got bored quickly. I think the cacti are a bit too large. The walk back to the start position is too long too. I do like the textures you’ve used though! I think the background scenery feels a bit empty though. Try adding some interesting things around the scenery in the distance so it doesn’t feel so empty

Thank you for your feedback. I fixed the bug and increased the speed in the beginning to make it easier.
