now i haven’t made gfx in months so yea
and uh i did most of this but some textures, models, and that background image aren’t mine, but i am allowed to use them.

for some reason gaming chair doesn’t cast shadow

Hello,

I would say you could recreate the same scene in Roblox Studio with shadowing and lighting effects. Overall, you made a good looking scene for an interesting story, but I think someone can recreate this in studio without rendering.

This scene actually looks pretty comfortable. I wish this was me!
Feedback:

  • I’d say add some greenery to liven up the scene a little. It does seem a little boring without many colors. You could also add paintings or any decoration to the wall above the sleeper. Anything there would be better than nothing. If you’re feeling a bit adventurous, add a wallpaper too.
  • Yes, I agree with Umamidayo above my comment. It’s missing the lighting that separates screenshots of Roblox Studio and Blenders renders. Try looking more into lighting to make your scene more distinguished from Roblox Studios.
  • Also, fix that gaming chair! :[

i really don’t know what happened there. is that the lighting or the model u are talking about?

even though the lighting isn’t exactly… great, i’d say you really couldn’t make a higher quality scene in roblox studio,

Honestly none of the objects don’t have much of shadow. Probably something about your scenes lighting. In fact I’d be more picky about the balcony because it’d feel like a safety hazard lol

I do like it but maybe add a little lighting and the imagine is kind of blurry but other than that I like it.

so are you saying that my posing is alright (technically you can’t see the rest except head), but my lighting, and set design need to be better?

The floorboards don’t have any shadow at all, and the blanket on the bed looks like the feet of the character touch the very end of the bed, which would not be realistic at all for a Robloxian. Also, no light is coming from the doors on the floor or the chair. I feel the “vibe” is broken by the harsh gaming chair colors. 4.5/10
