I just released my new game “Slap Royale Tower”, and I’m wondering if you guys have any feedback on it? I spent 10k robux on sponsoring it and its working well, averaging 60 players usually (and I only sponsored it last night).
This isn’t just the usual copy and paste Tower game!
It has ragdolling
And will soon have a store to buy new slap hands
I like to transform concepts and add new never before seen features, like how I added a limited time shop, and codes, to my Steal an Object Show game.
To put it simply, there’s a million and one “Slap Tower” games. You gaining traction in this already oversaturated market is near impossible.
People see the 2 words “Slap” and “Tower”, and then go “Well, I’ve already played xyz so why should I play this one?”
The user can’t tell what makes yours unique, and I’m going to be 100% with you, your game having ragdolling and purchasing new slap hands doesn’t give people a reason to play it over another.
Just because you made a game in an oversaturated genre, don’t expect it to do well.
There was a topic very similar to this, and people gave near identical answers to what I’m saying now.
well, if you sponsored it, you will obviously get players. the real problem is when the sponsor ends, and then pray so your game gets to the algorithm. But i see you also have a succesfull game so probably robux (sponsoring) isn’t that problematic
Hey mlnitoon2! Gave Steal an Object Show [EVENT PART 2] a play on stream.
The concept of collecting and stealing object show characters is clear and has appeal for BFDI fans. Multiplayer interactions and buying new objects kept things moving at first.
The mechanics do feel familiar, but gameplay thing really set it apart from similar “steal” games
Scores: Gameplay 5 • Visuals 5 • Originality 3 • Polish 5 | Games Radar.
There’s a fanbase for this genre, so keep refining and maybe add a twist or two!
