I made a GFX profile picture for someone I work with for their discord! Its my first, though i do have experience in GFX, a little. I want to get feedback on this profile picture:
I havent watermarked it because i didnt have the time. Please dont steal it
Good but there is no effects blurs or overlays just a glow. Kind of plain, also no bump on the texture.

I used photopea, like photoshop but free, for the background and the glow on the character

Oh its easy! There are loads of tutorials on Youtube that can help you with photoshop, or any similar application

If you would like to make a thumbnail, I recommend using blender. Photoshop for extra effects.
I dont have blender And I cant download it. So I will use photoshop and use lightining and Animations if I can
If you cant use blender, then making a thumbnail for a game will be slightly more difficult. Im not sure what you can do with only photoshop.
What do I can do with blender?
There are other applications like blender, C4D for example. You can create GFX with blender, and animations. Also meshes.

Hii! It’s nice but here’s my advice on some things :
-You could try to add some other things to the background cause’ it seems kind of empty. You can add some overlays (on photopea since you said you used it). If you don’t wanna do that then maybe you can try reshaping the image so the background doesn’t seem so empty and big
-It would be nice if you learned how to use blender and tried installing it again since I assume you took the render from somewhere else (and the render’s lightning doesn’t totally match with the background’s and also the crown is going through the character’s head). Blender’s amazing for gfx! Hard to get used to it at first but with a little practise easy peasy
Anyway, that’s a trendy gfx style so that’s nice and well good luck improving! ^^

A bit too plain. I recommend decreasing the light/glow. You should also decrease metallic and increase roughness in material, if you are using blender. Overall 7.4/10, nice job!
