I feel like using the Windows Vista Legacy ‘tada’ sound might make an impression, but not necessarily a good one. I do like the rest of the sounds, and their fluid design, but if there was bass of the clicking sound it should make it better.
Next, the buttons. I don’t really like buttons that don’t have some sort of a vertical gradient, but this one seems fine. It looks so unoriginal that I can’t even tell who made it. The rest of the clickables seem to have that mobile phone design feel.
I like the icons, but for example, the warning icon you got here:

might look better if colored yellow.
Now, to the background. The background is something unique, but it’s hard to tell if you only glance at it. It looks like a filler. I would ditch the background and add a BlurEffect
to Lighting
instead, and add a smaller background to this section:

Ok, now the theming. I don’t have much to say about this except for the fact that users should be able to choose their own themes, or at least make them themed the same. In this case, it’s not:

They are completely opposite themes.
Now, the design of the whole frame. It looks rather okay, but the edges make it look unoriginal and too curved. Not to mention the edges aren’t consistent, with that top 3-button menu at the top not covering the whole width of the menu. Here’s an image:

I think the top part should be stretched out. I also think that the animations when clicking on it are a bit underwhelming, since the background is lightly colored.
It doesn’t end there. What is this inconsistency?

Anyways, I think the design is rather perfect other than those improvements that could be made.
