With the 2022 Qatar World Cup coming up, one of the biggest sporting events of the year, I decided to release a new soccer/football game called Mini Cup 2022: Qatar - Roblox

Mini Cup is inspired by an existing Roblox game. However, I am looking to make some improvements to the users experience and fun.

My game has gotten around 900 visits with no advertising in about a month and a half. I’m interested in advertising it, but I want to make sure I can retain players. The problem is that it requires 4 players to start. And for it to actually be fun, you need at least 12 players in a server.

Unless you can advertise and it blows up instantly, you will not be able to keep the game alive if you require 4 players to join. From experience with advertising with just 2 to start a round, or even 5 with my brother’s game, people will join, find out they have to wait for someone else to join, leave before the next person joins. 4 players unless advertised to a considerable degree is a fail waiting to happen. There must be something, anything where the player can be active in single player until someone else can join.
