You should add a mouth to the nps, and you should re-size the shoes a bit to they look a little bit big on him.

Try adding a dot in the eye to make it look like a nps. And i would suggest you delete that red metal stick in back of his shoe…
But for know it looks really good man. Can’t wait to see the final update!!

I like this NPC, it is very original! But, I think that those arms and legs are too far away from the torso / head. You should move them closer.
Try to experiment with different colors and materials, maybe that will make it look even better
