It’s been a while since I’ve practiced UI Designs, but with the new text update, I tried again.

This looks pretty good. A few comments:
- Consider adding an image banner of some sort at the top, perhaps with some GFX for your game, to make it seem less like a wall of text.
- With the icons and headers, make sure that they are consistent throughout your game (i.e. don’t have one popup say “Message from the Rolta team” while another says “Notice from the Rolta devs”).
- I’d recommend adding a close button so that players aren’t forced to have the popup on their screen while they play.
- For more that one paragraph of text, I’d suggest changing it to left align to make it looks nicer and have fewer short lines.
- Make sure that your ScrollingFrame is long enough to include the entire message on all devices. Consider dynamically adjusting it based on screen size.
Overall, great work! Especially for just ten minutes.

The top part is good but consider adding a UI gradient to the text background.
Bit of an update on the UI:
Play around with the font and stuff. It just looks like a boring wall of text. Try to cut down on the text a little bit. Trust me if I saw that I would at most skim through it and then click ok or whatever just to get rid of it.
Second, dark mode is wrong. Contrast is terrible. The text is almost hidden, make it brighter. Other then that, it looks pretty good
looks better a lot better already, good job
I would make the text white in dark mode.
