Feedback on walking animation

I know full well it isn’t very good, but it’s my first one. What could I improve on with this?

It looks good, but I would add a bit of movement to the lower arm to make it more life like

Like this?

It looks like only one leg and one arm are moving, try making it so both move equally?

Yep, kinda like that but I don’t think the left lower arm should go up that high

Their right side is damaged, so it isn’t moving as much. This is purposeful.

If so, try making their leg limp and their arm movement a little less on that side.

Not bad for your first one!

In my opinion I think that the one arm is going out to far, however I think the second arm is nearly perfect, try and replicate that for the other side but also keep the swinging motions of the arms more towards the waist of your avatar

I sort of did, as they spend much less time on their right leg, and it’s clearly stiff. Also, the right arm is in fact moving, just not much.

Use more joints. A little trick that helps with animating sometimes is doing the motion yourself irl, and then recreating it in studio.

Using your feedback, I revised the animation to this.

I made the limp more obvious, and reduced the swinging of the left arm.

That is good! Now, if you can speed it up a tad bit to match the Roblox walking sounds, that would be great. If you want the player to be slower, you can just change their walk speed :+1:

Due to the fact that this is for a Piggy game, I will be making my own walking sounds. Nonetheless, thanks for the feedback!
