Recently I’ve been working towards advancing my building field. A few days ago I finished my first furniture-based build and I’m looking for your feedback.
Anything you have to say is fine and I’d love to hear what you think about it.
Please disregard the lighting and lack of a door as I’m mainly focusing on the layout of this one.

It looks nice but I think you should make it bigger. But I like the colour choice also lower the windows.

I think the build looks decent. I would add more details and personal things to place around the room since it seems quite dull and plain looking overall here is some suggestions that you could take however you like.
I feel like the overall layout is neat, however, try not to make everything one color few of the objects tend to blend in with the color and material you chosen going for a wooden material or have a carpet as the entire floor would look more appealing changing the couches color to something like white, (brown black) could work. I would recommend you add a few more objects lamp, ceiling fan, carpet, ect.
I would add some pictures on the walls so it won’t look to empty you could possibly add some small decor maybe a tv stand with wires connected in the back of it, however if you’re going for those apartments that are usually in a town area there really not that big this size looks good but you could expand it more having enough space to walk around
