Make more textures, like materials for the boat. It can’t all be one material, unless if you want it that way. You could also add metal textures to the boats skin, and make lighting for certain areas of the ship.

Add decorations and detail. Detail the barrels of the guns, use reference pictures, more materials, railing, etc. Unless you want it to be a simple design, I recommend going with what I and @XxScottieBoixX said.

It’s nice, but I agree what with @adama88766 & @XxScottieBoixX said. It needs more detail & decorations. I also don’t like how the boat is only 1 texture. It still looks nice!
