[FEEDBACK] Trackmania inspired game

Hi guys, I spent the last year developing SlideMania, a Trackmania-inspired title where players can race on tracks for Time Attack (to set the best record), build their own tracks, publish them, and earn “Track Points”; once they reach specific thresholds, they can make a request for obtaining in-game items (such as track slots and badges) and a Robux prize, in recognition of their contribution to the development of in-game content.

As the game’s name suggests, the gameplay is based on racing with cars with custom sliding physics, which allows a new fun way of racing.

Single Player gamemode features plenty of official tracks players can race on for beating medals’ times (like bronze, silver, gold, author) and get SlideCoins which they can spend on new liveries.

Official tracks and published tracks feature Top 100 Leaderboards, which show the top 100 fastest times for each track.

PC players can build their own tracks block-by-block with a Trackmania Wii inspired editor.

With also a new category of blocks called “Wallride”, which are slightly tricky to master but turn out to be amazing to drive on.

Once a player publishes a track, it appears on the Published Tracks tab. For the newest ones, on the “Newest” section (don’t mind about the brainrot icons i put on my tracks, they were just for testing what players could actually do with the track image feature).

Tracks can also be eligible for entering the Lobby (a multiplayer mode where players race on a multi-lap track for 5 minutes with the goal of setting the session’s fastest lap time) if they have an average creator’s lap time under 90 seconds.
(The number you see on the back of the car is speed)

If you look to try the game, here’s SlideMania | Play on Roblox

I’m currently looking for first players/testers and also feedback on a few topics regarding this game:

  • How could a game of this genre go viral on Roblox? or
  • How could I promote SlideMania and what would be the best method to promote it?
  • If you played the game, is there something you would change about it?
  • Which element of this genre of game would make players want to come back the next day?

Every feedback is appreciated and I hope you’ll enjoy the game
