Wow, this is really good. Maybe you can add some details like more types of boxes or a loading bay with trucks. But overall this is very impressive.

You can always just make the game a showcase with meshes of trucks. If you get noticed you can help make a game with a team of people along side scripters. Or, you can just take the time to learn scripting. There’s lot’s of people who can build AND script.

The warehouse is absolutely amazing. I love the detail inside. I would suggest that you add some more product on the shelves and some pallet with boxes on it I think you should try adding that. If you look at the real life images of a warehouse, they have different equipment such as a. Forklift it is a great addition you could try adding in the building.
I’d would suggest you try filling/adding some pallets on the ground with some boxes on it and try placing some pallet wrap film on it so the boxes won’t fall all over the floor part I genuinely think you should consider adding that. The Interior is great, a lot of things you have added there, the boxes are very nice, some of the meshes well made too. I would just try adding some boxes or product on the shelves because right now the shelves are quite plain.
More inside detail that you possibly add such as. Forklifts, delivery trucks, and other things found in warehouses would be great. I do like how you added some equipment in the building, but adding more won’t hurt.
Overall, I really like your warehouse build it’s really well put together, you could add some of the suggestions I said above, I do believe once you add more things around your warehouse it would look more improved I would try getting some ideas from warehouse images just in case if you can’t think of any more ideas to add.

It looks quite detailed and overall, very good! 
One thing you should add is some warning signs or some danger signs saying something alongs the lines of:
“Don’t shake the shelves, they could fall and you could die” or
“Lift with your legs, not your back”

You can actually do a lot with this talent, as a lot of other developers hire builders. I highly suggest making a portfolio so you can earn some 
or actual money from commissions! This is your decision tho.
