As a Roblox developer, it is currently too hard to figure out which Emote AssetId is associated with an AnimationId.
If Roblox is able to address this issue, it would improve my development experience because my experience, Clip It, would users to purchase those Emotes with Roblox APIs after watching them be used in-experience.
Currently we allow users to browse & try out Roblox website Emotes. These work great but there is no way to look at a humanoid playing an emote animation and determine which Emote AssetId that animation came from - this means you can see the emote play in real-time but not purchase it. This really hurts our UGC monetization.
We could attach this as extra metadata in our own DataStores etc but it seems like a very excessive & ugly solution. Every other assetId the user wears can easily be found via Roblox Catalog APIs and purchased - why not Emotes?
