File Ownership Transfer - Endless Buffer / No Transfer Screen

Hi Roblox team, my partner and I are trying to transfer file ownership - specifically where we stage our assets - into our community, Nibblebyte and under the ownership of this account, 7Bananas_Adm. However, whenever a transfer is initiated, no prompt is provided to accept the request when we click the link. Similarly, we have tried to facilitate this transfer through DevForum to no avail. Can you please assist?

Expected behavior

Click accept transfer → accept transfer screen and experience screen. Instead, endless buffer.

Hi there, thanks for the report. I do see a pending transfer for this experience to the Nibblebyte group, so you’re correct the accept transfer screen should be shown. Can you provide the following information:

  1. With “endless buffer”, what exactly do you see? A screenshot/recording would be helpful
  2. Attach any failing or incomplete calls in the network tab when following the link

Thanks for following up, we are working on a fix now.

In the meantime, as a workaround you can have the original creator add the group owner as a playtester for the game. That should unblock the transfer.

This bug is still present, fortunately ranking does fix it temporarily though. Hopefully this can be fixed soon.
