Filling in a hill underneath a road

Hiya,

I’ve just built a road going down a hill in my game, and was wondering how I could fill in the hill area underneath the road. A single wedge won’t fit it - it would need to be something more complicated. A screenshot of the road in question is here:

As you can see, there’s an awkward gap that needs filling underneath the road. Is there any easy way to do this (using a plugin perhaps?) or am I just going to need to sit down and do it manually (and if so, what would be the best way of going about this?)

Thanks!

You should use gapfill by stravant.

I considered that at first, but it’s mainly for filling little gaps between parts, and I’m honestly not too sure it’d be up to the task. If nothing else comes up I will definitely look at it though (or at least use it in some capacity or another)

You might want to try using scriptos’ Archimedes Two plugin to angle a part from the road down and then give the new part the same color and material as the rest of the hill:

You can angle a part the same angle as the road, then scale it so it clips into the ground(make sure no Z-Fighting is visible)
