First GFX that I have ever completed

For a little while, I’ve been wanting to start doing GFX so I could familiarize myself with Blender and Moon Animator. I think I did okay for my first time but I wanted some feedback from the community of what I could do to improve my work.

Thanks,

Maybe add some lighting on where the purple is lit up.

It’s very dark, you could add more light to make it looks better, otherwise, great job!

The character in the GFX is really well-made, though the background lacks more lively color. If you want a background, try a more neon-style, for your GFX, if not, then maybe add a park-based background since your avatar, in the GFX appears to be walking.

The lighting seems dull and very bland you should try adding lighting shining directly to the character so it could cast shadows on the ground the “purple lighting source looks unappealing and not interesting since it’s a little dim”

Perhaps add more brightness to the scene if the less bright appearance is glowing on the ground it should cast shadows to add a bit of reflection lighting i’m assuming your using a 3D software. Try to add all your effects in the render, depending if this was just a practice design.

Maybe use some HDRI so you can get good reflection and better lighting on your character and background it will add a bit of realism to the scene if your going for that approach.

Always take your time from my point of view it looks like a practice design it’s good at the start you could definitely work on your posing, lighting to get a good overall result. :slightly_smiling_face:

The lighting and poses are vest bland, also i would recommend that the background matched with your avatar(example below)
