First time trying to use drown out lighting

What do I need to do to make it better? (I know its bright).

Its nice, but yes, very bright, no contrast, and too bright (did i mention that already?) Also, its cool posing, though basic, you see that everywhere, and its too bright. You ned more contrast, other than it being very bright and not contrast its good, and you need more contrast and its too bright. (I feel like I said that before)

Too bright tbh (to be honest), the gun model and armor look fine tho (though) i feel like the face doesn’t fit with the GFX (Graphic Effects) and the light on his face is way too bright no cap (no lie) but other than that, i just feel like the gfx is too bright tbh (to be honest) btw (by the way) the character pose seems fine 2 (to) me and the lighting on the “United States Coast Guard” text is looking kinda odd (adjective/different from what is usual or expected) and gotta (got to/have to) be reduced because it’s way too bright tbh (to be honest).

P.S (post scriptum)

You can still fix the lighting from the GFX (Graphic Effects) by adding some sort of filter so u don’t have to render (generate the image from a 3D model by means of a computer/program) again.
