I know I am not the only one wanting this, but false reports get spammed on here 100% of the time of a post being made to now.
It is often that mods will respond to this by taking down the post without making any extended effort to recheck on the takedown, and this is often justified on their part by telling you to contact Roblox Support which we all know isn’t efficient and more likely unhelpful given what’s on account for a bad moderation system.
I think it would be appropriate to preach the demand on a resolution to this issue for relevance in addition to prevalence and so that posts don’t get taken down where they aren’t in breach and thus needed to, and additionally to give ease on moderators so that there is a balance capable of respecting from both sides. Mods can do their jobs effectively without burnout and the feature can be repaired in such a way to meet these standards and avoid more additional false takedowns thereafter.
For example, a backend program can and should be implemented for detecting false reports so that they don’t get shuffled in a mix with reports that matter and are valid.

A lot of my very technical posts have been taken down for being “off-topic” for simply straight up saying “shortcut” without baffling.
hey uh so you see the thing is, you dont need to create a post on a new feature cause theres already the announcement post, which is basically the exact same thing as your post.
If you want peoples thoughts on the feature, view the announcement post.
Yeah well just cause you dont want to talk to them doesnt mean you can create a post for it.
The announcement post is there for people to talk about the feature, unless you’re making a post thats yknow, different, there isnt a reason to make another post.

oh yeah swearing isnt against the rules unless its directed at another user.
It might not be allowed in specific categories, but it is allowed in #development-discussion
On the forum you can swear on private threads as long as it’s not targetting anyone, it’s on the forum rules, regardless, I got moderated for swearing to noone in particular, and using it as an expression on a development discussion thread, so yeah, they really don’t apply it properly anyway so I much rather not swear on this dumb forum, where if you get reported for something, they’ll take you down despite it simply being partially off-topic due to the fact you are on a message exchange, where the conversation is not one post, rather multiple, some of which compose with eachother to a feasable, proper on topic reply, but as moderators have in the past simply not done this, and just read the post, seen how it contributes ‘nothing’ even though it’s replying to another post, which replies to another, so on and so forth, forming a proper cohesive and on topic conversation, they will still take it down on the face of off topic.
Even then, they’ll refuse to take down posts that are off-topic and just a fight between users on the forum, which is honestly quite dumb and should be handled properly. Sure, a one-off is fine; I have had mine here and there, but if the user keeps at it while the other party simply says, ‘Stop replying and mentioning me,’ yet they continue, then moderation should do something (spoiler alert: they do not).
I’m sure I’m speaking for more than just me on the fact that moderation isn’t being fairly applied for off-topic replies or heated conversations at all, and in the end it all devolves into a fight of who can boink the nose of the other harder and harder, completely disregarding the OP’s post, or, if the original post that the infringers were talking about originally had an intention, it gets completely muddied by further replies simply trying to rage the user, making the discussion they’re trying to do redundant.
In short, moderation isn’t being properly enforced in my opinion; however, my reply was simply to say, ‘Yes, you can swear on private threads as long as you don’t target anyone’ (supported by the following snippet present on the devforum rules post)
