:artist_palette: 8th Anniversary Event :hammer: and New Beast Perk

Happy 8th Anniversary to Flee the Facility! Flee the Facility is now 8 years old! 8 years and 5 billion visits later, time sure flies by… This is probably one of the biggest events so far, because we have more than just new artist themed limited time items and a new Spaceship map. FTF now has a NEW BEAST PERK: STALKER! Turn off the beast glow and sounds for a short time and sneak up on your prey.

  • 8th Anniversary Event. Ends on 8/13/2025.
  • Explore the new street art themed lobby and trading post.
  • New limited time items: Artist themed crate and 4 bundles.

MAPS

  • New map: Spaceship by 7Siete_7.
  • Removed sewer map. But it wont be gone forever.
  • Changes to Facility_0 map.
  • Changes to Arcade map.

BUG FIXES

  • Fixed the broken hammer hits. This was caused because the beast hit code runs on your computer, but the server has to check if you are close enough for the hit to really count. So this led some people with lag to think they hit someone but the server sees you as too far a way to count. I increased the distance the server checks for valid hits. Now the broken hammer will happen less. Also fun fact: all hammers have the same hitbox, so broken hits could happen to any hammer.
  • Fixed a trading bug where offer items from a previous trade would appear at the start of a new trade.

OTHER CHANGES

  • Removed eye fade animation from Circus Cage and Soulless Theater hammers. It was causing some lag. The animation will be more optimized in a future update.
  • Extended merch Vaulted Collection July pin end date to mid August. Less than 35/100 are still available.
  • Extended 5 billion visits bundle end date to 08/05/2025.
  • Increased heart beat sound speed.
