Floor Mark Impact

Hey guys,im making a RPG game and i have to make a Floor Mark.
Someone know how to something like that ?

If you want it to bend with smooth terrain then it’s likely impossible.

If the “floor mark” doesn’t need to bend, you can just create a part or model locally, styling it how you wish and turning CanCollide off, and then continuously move that part to your Mouse.Target. Also, distinguish which parts are valid ground, that way the floor mark won’t show when your mouse is hovering over non-ground objects.

You could always use a vertical cylinder with the new material “Forcefield”. Though it’s worth nothing you can’t change the texture of the ring that’ll appear on the ground.
