Barista Information
Barista Information
Our Low Ranks are one of the main reasons Fluxo is where it is now. Our Baristas strive to build the name of Fluxo alongside other establishments, they continuously benefit Fluxo by serving our customers with the utmost professionalism and maturity. This guide is here to teach our Low Ranks the basics of their job. If you have any questions regarding this, feel free to message a Staff Assistant or higher.
Points
Here at Fluxo, you are permitted to obtain the ranks Trainee, Junior Barista, Barista, and Senior Barista. To achieve each rank, you must follow a promotion protocol implemented differently.
Trainee - To achieve the rank Trainee, you must take the Trainee application located in one of our main games, ‘Fluxo Applications’.
Junior Barista - As this rank, you are now allowed behind the counter to serve customers! To obtain Junior Barista, you must attend a training session hosted by one of our well-trained Management team members and pass the session with the corresponding amount of points in each stage.
Barista - To achieve Barista, it is quite different from Junior Barista. Junior Baristas are not permitted to attend training sessions to get promoted to Barista, however, you must earn 150 points at the Soda Shop to rank up.
Senior Barista - Congratulations! Senior Barista is the last and final Low Rank here at Fluxo. As this rank, you are now eligible to be recommended by a Human Resources member to become a Staff Assistant. Baristas must earn 300 points at the Soda Shop to be promoted to Senior Barista. By showing activity, dedication, professionalism, grammar, your ability to handle disruptive customers, and any other Management aspects, you may be recommended for Staff Assistant in the trial.
To earn points, you must maintain activity at the Soda Shop along with serving customers accordingly. You are allowed to purchase points and be ranked automatically, however, we encourage our Baristas to work their way up each rank to be eligible for a Management position.
Becoming Management
As previously mentioned, once you are a Senior Barista you will be eligible for promotion to Staff Assistant. Our Senior Baristas get promoted via recommendations, meaning that you will have to be noticed by an Assistant Manager+, then recommended to a member of Human Resources to be considered to become a member of the Management Team. Please note that we do not take recommendations from anyone below Assistant Manager. For a chance to be recommended, it is suggested that you do the following:
-
Use proficient English grammar. This includes proper spelling, sentence structure, capitalization, and punctuation.
-
Go to the Soda Shop at least every other day. Activity is one of the major factors that we look out for when selecting new members of the Management Team.
-
Be efficient and swift when serving. We are looking for people who can quickly, yet efficiently perform their tasks.
-
Do not hint at a promotion. Hinting by saying that you think you deserve a promotion or having your friends repeatedly recommend you will have you banned from becoming a member of the Management Team.
