This is a follow-up to a previous bug report regarding a public experience hidden from Search & Discovery after a Content Maturity Questionnaire review:
In that thread, a Roblox Staff member (Caelestene) responded explaining that the experience had been removed, and that the owner needed to submit an appeal through the Violations and Appeals Portal in order to restore it.
We already clarified the following in a reply on that same thread:
The owner has submitted an appeal twice. The first attempt was rejected, and the second attempt was approved.
The account’s eligibility status for publishing games currently shows entirely green, with no restrictions listed.
We also received a related response from Roblox Support by email, but it was unclear and did not resolve the issue either.
Screenshots showing the approved appeal status and the green eligibility status were attached to that reply.
Despite providing this clarification, the ticket was marked as Closed, and it has now been over 24 hours with no further response from Roblox Staff.
We are opening this new report because the experience is still not appearing in Search & Discovery, and clicking on it (for example, through the group listing) still shows it as inaccessible - even though, based on the information above, there should no longer be any active restriction preventing this.
Expected behavior
Since the appeal has already been approved and the account’s eligibility status shows no active restrictions, the experience should be fully restored and visible in Roblox Search & Discovery under its correct age rating, and should load normally when accessed directly or through group listings.
It has now been 13 days since this follow-up report was opened (July 29), and no review of the underlying bug has been proposed yet — the experience is still not appearing in Search & Discovery.
To keep the facts clearly documented here:
The appeal was submitted twice: the first attempt was rejected, and the second attempt was approved.
The account’s eligibility status for publishing experiences currently shows fully green, with no restrictions listed.
However, the earlier staff response stated there was an unappealed violation, which directly contradicts the account’s current status.
Screenshots showing both the approved appeal and the green eligibility status were already sent through the private message linked to this report, along with additional context.
This same pattern — an approved appeal with the experience still hidden from Search & Discovery — has been reported by other developers in similar threads on this forum, which suggests this isn’t an isolated case but a broader bug in the appeals/visibility system.
I’d really appreciate a manual review of this case, since there is currently no visible restriction that would explain why the experience remains inaccessible for both +16 and -16 users.
