You can write your topic however you want, but you need to answer these questions:
-
What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
I want to make a system to where anyone on the “Crew Member” team can walk up to a proximity prompt, and every item in their inventory gets put into a “Bag Tool” and then using the !handto command, they can send the “Bag Tool” to a customer, and when the customer receives the bag, upon clicking it in their toolbar, the “Bag Tool” gets destroyed, and there are just the items from the Crew Member’s inventory left in the Customer’s inventory. -
What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
The issue I’m facing is that the whole bagging system works, however when the customer clicks onto the “Bag Tool”, the items just fly randomly in the map, and the “Bag Tool” stays there, however when the “Bag Tool” is unselected, all of the items that flew across the map disappear and vice versa. -
What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
I have tried asking Chat GPT to help figuring out the script (a bit gimmicky, but figured it’s worth a shot), have asked many of my developer friends, and searched all across the internet, but can’t find anything to help with my situation.
Sorry if this sort of thing has been asked/answered before, I must’ve just missed it, and sorry if this is in the wrong section, to me it just seemed like the most fitting category.
If you have any more questions for me, please let me know and I’ll try to answer in a quick manner.
Just a last bit to add, the tools for now are free models as they are just placeholder items, and also the tools are not even being put into the customer’s inventory, the bag just gets put in their inventory, and then they need to walk over to the tool to equip it. And the bag never leaves the customer’s inventory, no matter what I do, it stays there.
Thanks,
Finn
