Footplanting System

I was screwing around in a game called Environs and I saw this really cool Footplanting walking animation that uses the current animations,
This is the original Animation:

And Then the same animation with Footplanting

Any and all replies are extremely helpful as this has been a ongoing problem

This would normally be kidna hard. Luckily some coding god made an open source system for it.

Look at the api on it, the footplanting part should be what you need.
