I’m trying to use a trick where you set the part’s material to force field, and then it’s transparency to a very, very low number (-math.huge) to make it transparent, but still cast shadows. However, for some reason when trying to do this for another mesh it just doesn’t work? I have two MeshParts, one works, and the other doesn’t, even though every single property is the same, except the MeshId.
because its a bug;
Some versions of client use rendering pipelines that do not support it.
Instead there must be a property that forces object to cast shadow
So I KNOW WHAT the problem may bee and it currently maybe cant be fixedd
i know what model youre usingg but i think the problem is that the mesh itself was RIGGED meaning there is a skeleton in theree
i tried it the same mesh you usedd a model with a skeleton and other withoutt and the one without a skeleton dissapeared while the one with the skeleton did not dissapear
soo for noww i dont think you can use that for meshes that have boness
i have been updating for over a while and again will mention
its basically a duplicate of the player that spawns near lights and changes position and size to fit where the player iss
