I’ve been waiting a month now for this robux to come in, I dont think i need to say anything else the issue presents itself.

It’s not exactly 30 days when you add both dates and the days in between. And all UGC creators, with no exception, must wait for a 30-day escrow period for each sale. So, there’s a high chance it will go through exactly 30 days later—most transactions on the platform experience that kind of delay as well.
If it’s still in escrow after 30 days, the staff will be able to look into it.

This is not the solution. The this was not a UGC sell, nor am i a UGC creator. this was a normal gampass purchase. I’ve always gotten them within 5-7 days on the dot. This makes no sense as to why its stuck pending for another 30. Forgot to mention i’ve already received the 600 and its stuck pending this is not a request to get the robux its me questioning why i still have it pending. Beacuse i’ve spent this 600. And i dont get crazy sales nor do i have any income from my groups. This 600 was my only sale within the last month.
This is most likely happening because Roblox may have flagged the transaction as fraudulent activity—I’m not sure, but it can take up to 30 days because of that. I know it’s not a UGC item, but if that’s the case for those, it could’ve been recommended that you wait this long as well.
No, you’re not getting it, i’ve already received the robux. Its just stuck pending, I should NOT receive another 600 if i do it would be duped robux.
