After checking up on both this and the GetAsync page, it looks like most of this page contained repeated information that was more thoroughly available on the RequestAsync page. Since the two functions are shorthands, I’ve replaced all of the poorly formatted information with links to RequestAsync and added details about their unique parameters (nocache for GetAsync and compress for PostAsync).
These changes should be visible within 48 hours.
