Forum Flashes on Mobile

Whenever I open the devforum I have this bug. Please do not play the clip if you have epilepsy.

Only would work on Apple iPad’s on iOS 11 or better.

Started happening I don’t know when, it’s been happening as long as I’ve been reading.

Reproduction steps:

  1. Open an app that covers the whole screen (such as Roblox)
  2. Open the devforum from Safari on the side from the hotbar
  3. If you scroll enough the forum starts flashing

Would appreciate this to be fixed. Thanks!
