That is an unofficial group not maintained by Roblox. It’s not our problem to resolve. Contact that group owner for support.
The forum APIs can still determine that a user is TL1 or not. The group should probably deprecate their “Regular” rank as explained in this thread we no longer have a concept of TL2.
