Four hours ago, my account was terminated. The reason given was that I uploaded a white horse texture which the system flagged as sexual content.
Now development of this project has stopped completely. I cannot log into Studio. The new project I just launched in September can’t be maintained anymore. And I haven’t yet withdrawn any of the earnings. This is too insane, just because of a system error.
your best bet is to post about it online to try and grab Roblox’s attention and send them a lot of appeals with as much info as possible
The best way is to go through the appeals portal, please don’t spread misinformation. Roblox doesn’t respond this way, especially not in this forum category.
Aside, lmao that is the most unfortunate UV unwrap I’ve ever seen. We have to be a little careful with these for this reason. Try splitting the tail into a separate island, maybe even the entire hindquarters, etc.
Roblox needs to moderate texture maps with people who are specially trained for it, or to show mods the texture in context of the model. There’s nothing overtly sexual about this UV, just some unfortunate shapes, and it’s hard to tell it’s a horse from just the albedo.

I have already submitted an appeal, but I found that the appeal form only allows text and does not support uploading images. In my case, it is very difficult to explain clearly without images. If my first appeal fails, I plan to include this link in my second appeal to provide images for better clarification.
I believe you can attach images. Not directly from the support form page but i believe you can attach information when replying to the confirmation email. Some confirmation emails require you to reply so this should hopefully work as normal

I do wanna say it is insane that roblox would even consider terminating devs so easily when they are people literally giving roblox money sources.

Has any developer encountered a similar problem? I want to know if I can create a new account to continue game development, or whether the new account will be linked to my old one via things like device or IP and be banned again. How do developers normally continue in such situations?
Appealing is definitely the right way to request re-review of moderation decisions. I see that your appeal has already been processed, so I will close this ticket out.
