Sub-Factions of The Spooky Ones:
Sub-Factions

TLT (TSO Lore Team), their duty is simply to provide a storyline for the Foxtrot Asylum Lore for TSO. They cannot freely enter the facility without permission.

TRD (TSO Recruiter’s Department), their duty is to recruit users into TSO. They can enter the facility with authorization from TSO HICOM or a division factional member.

THF (TSO Hostile Forces) They can enter the facility and you can shoot them on first Sight.

TSF (TSO Special Forces) They can enter the facility at any time but cannot shoot staff and has to follow Foxtrot Combat regulations and fairness.
Do not shoot any directors of TSO or TSO sub-factional directors unless you are threatened by them or they shoot you or your members.
Article I - The Caves
The Spooky Ones is a faction that spawns in the caves and that is their primarr main and major advantage. But they also have some rules reguarding how they operate.
Divisional factions can enter the cave as long as they don’t cross the bridge or enter the tunnel leading to the TSO spawn.
Divisonal Factions can operate in the cave, conduct operations, and in active pursuit, can enter the tunnel, otherwise it is forbidden.
Only time they are allowed to enter without the above is to recover a body from the caves.
Safety
TSO will not attack such personnel unless threatened or Hostile.
The Spooky Ones will not privide guard, services, or any sort of protection aside from TSF. (TSO Special Forces)
An individual who proceeds into the caves and across the wooden bridge does so at their own risk.
The Foxtrot Corporation assumes no responsibility for the injury, mysterious disappearance, contamination, decapitation, death, dismemberment, detainment, torture, ransom, or any other consequences which may arise from an individual crossing over the bridge.
Individuals found by “The Spooky Ones” beyond the bridge without an appropriate escort may be:
- Detained;
- Removed by force;
- Subject to disciplinary action;
- Subject to death;
As “The Spooky Ones” may deem appropriate. A person shall only be put to death after confirmation that they are not seeking to recover a dead body, or if the person claims to be seeking a body, after confirmation that such claim was a lie and no such body exists
Article II - The Asylum
Section I - Authorized Access
“The Spooky Ones” are authorized to enter the upper and lower levels of the Asylum’s parking garage, but no further.
“The Spooky Ones” may possess, but may not draw or fire any weapon, while on Asylum property.
Exception:
Weaponry may be used in self-defense or if they are TSF or THF (TSO Hostile Forces).
Section II - Escort Access
“The Spooky Ones” may be escorted into and throughout the facility by any member of: the Specialized Medical Department; Specialist Operations; High Command; Asylum Manufacturers; or the Executive Protection Unit.
Only members of the Specialized Medical Department may authorize a member of “The Spooky Ones” to enter the Experimental Wing of the asylum.
Section III - Safety
Foxtrot Corporation does not assure members of “The Spooky Ones” of any reasonable level of safety within the Asylum.
Members of “The Spooky Ones” enter the Asylum at their own peril. They may be subject to “insane” or mentally altered patients and staff members. They may be subject to death or other harm by forces attacking the Asylum.
Section IV - Violations
Non-factional member of “The Spooky Ones” found inside the Asylum in violation of these accords shall be subject to:
- Detainment;
- Removal;
- Death
Members of Foxtrot Staff are instructed to reserve death for the most extreme cases of trespass or repeated offenders.
“The Spooky Ones” shall not engage with or disrupt any ongoing events, except where such an event involves entering the caves beyond the wooden bridge. Any event taking place within the caves may be observed by “The Spooky Ones”.
No staff of Foxtrot or members of “The Spooky Ones” shall interfere with moderators and their duties.
Article IV - Final Provisions
Ignorance of boundaries shall not constitute an excuse for a violation.
For Asylum Staff - The caves end at the wooden bridge.
For The Spooky Ones - The Asylum ends at the parking garage.
Either party wishing to go further must either seek authorization or face the potential for retaliation.
Violations May Be Reported To The Director Or Deputy Director Of The Violator.
